Fall Outreach
Salem has partnered with Operation Relief Center for our fall outreach program. Salem will be providing 75 Thanksgiving baskets to low income familes in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
To receive a basket, please fill out the Thanksgiving Basket Blessing Application.
After filling out the form, please email the form to sibcdallas@gmail.com Upon receipt of the completed form, you will receive more information regarding the date and time that you will pick up your basket.
